Premature Ejaculation (PE) is one of the most common problems men
have. However, even if it is one of the most common, it is rarely
talked about by men. This has probably something to do with the stigma
that accompanies men with ejaculation problems. So the question now is,
how do you effectively treat premature ejaculation? Well for
starters, the term 'treat' is not proper for the situation, PE is not an
illness that you can take a pill and it will be gone. I think a better
term for it is how do you prevent PE or how do you stop PE. Premature
Ejaculation has two major causes, it is either physical or
psychological, or occasionally both at the same time. If you are
inexperienced with sex, it is pretty normal to experience PE because
your excited and anxious, but if you already have a lot of experience
and you still have trouble controlling your ejaculation then you
definitely have a problem. According to studies almost 50 percent
of the entire male population will experience ejaculation problems at
least once in their lives. And the root cause of the majority of these
PE sufferers is their lack of control over their ejaculatory process and
weak pelvic muscles. I am one of those guys that lack control
over my ejaculation, and I also have weak pelvic muscles. Below are two
of the exercises I have found that really helped me last longer in bed.
Stop and Start Method
- this method will require you to stimulate yourself to the point of
climax. Once you are about ejaculate, lessen the stimulation and then
repeat the process. This will help you master your ejaculatory process.
Pelvic Muscle Exercises
- this exercise involves squeezing your pelvic muscles for a few
seconds and them releasing them. If you don't know where you pelvic
muscles are, they are one that you use to stop yourself from peeing. Try
to do this exercise a couple of times a day.
Now Pay Close Attention
Premature
ejaculation is no joke; it is one of the major reasons for anxiety and
depression in men. If you are tired disappointing yourself and your
partner, then do something about it.
